Ha Noi People’s Committee plans to build four new bridges crossing the Red (Hong) River from now until 2015, Director of the Ha Noi Department of Transport, Nguyen Quoc Hung announced on June 6th.

The municipal People's Committee will upgrade and widen highways 421A and 421B in the Quoc Oai District. Projects will receive financial assistance from the Quoc Oai People's Committee, total funds set to reach VND88 billion (US$4.4 million). Preparation for construction will be completed by September this year.
