The “S Dance Tour” featuring contemporary dance will be performed by the Discovery Contemporary Dance Company in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
It is the first-ever dance tour in Vietnam. The first performance will take place at the Soviet-Vietnamese Cultural Friendship Palace in Hanoi on March 30 and at Ben Thanh Theater on April 9.
The Discovery Contemporary Dance Company was formed in 2003 by dancer Tuyet Minh who was one of the four judges in four seasons of the Vietnamese TV dance competition “So You Think You Can Dance”.
The dance troupe has left deep impression on audiences with exciting and diverse dance performances.
The "S Dance Tour” will present excellent items in four seasons of the Vietnamese TV dance competition “So You Think You Can Dance”.
In addition, the “Dance for Life” art center will be established and set a record for the largest dance performance with the most number of dancers.
