Accordingly, the company was penalized VND 160 million for breaking regulations stipulated at Government's Decree No 33/2017/NĐ-CP.
During the operation process, the company has exploited and used surface water source without license for power generation with the capacity of 5,000 kW- 7,000 kW at Dak Me 1 and Dak Me 2 hydropower plants.
