The 5th Hanoi Book Festival themed “Book and digital technology” will take place at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel from October 3-7.
The event will display digital reading devices, audio books, and techniques combining print books and applications on smart devices.
On this occasion, the municipal Department of Culture and Sport will also organize a stage festival on October 4-9; a food fair on October 5-7 at Thong Nhat Park.
Another exhibition displaying items related to Hanoi’s liberation at the Hoa Lo prison historical site, such as Dien Bien Phu badge, Tien Phong newspaper’s first edition marking the capital’s liberation, army officers’ identity cards granted by the Hanoi Military-Political committee in 1954, and images of Hanoi from October 10, 1954 to the present and future.
