Southern Rubber Industry Company (Casumina) and Viet Commercial Real Estate Company (Vietcomreal) began construction on an apartment complex cum office building cum trade center at a cost of VND758 billion (US$36.7 million) on June 29.

The Moon Garden complex will cover an area of 7,495.7 square meters in District 4 of Ho Chi Minh City, between the Phu My Hung new urban area and the city center.
The complex is designed to have two 20-floor buildings with 358 apartments each covering an area of approximately 60 to 185 square meters.
