The national flag carrier Vietnam Airlines offered tickets priced at VND299,000 for one-way flights on domestic routes and VND699,000 for two-way flights on international routes.
The company aslo cooperated with travel enterprises to offer package tours to Bangkok (Thailand) and Taipei (Taiwan) at the best prices, including VND5,440 million and VND13.99 million per person; and VND1 million and over discounts on domestic tours to Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Hue and Hanoi.
Meanwhile budget airline Jetstar Pacific offered 300 airfares for zero VND and numerous cheap flights for VND11,000 ($0.5) each.
The low-cost carrier Vietjet Air also launched 700,000 cheap tickets, priced from zero dong on local and international flights during the three-day tourism event.
