5,000 people partake in 2nd Da Nang Barefoot Run

Nearly 5,000 people including students and foreign travelers partook in the race named Da Nang Barefoot Run 2015-16 across central city's pristine white My Khe Beach of the central city of Da Nang on February 21.

Nearly 5,000 people including students and foreign travelers partook in the race named Da Nang Barefoot Run 2015-16 across central city's pristine white My Khe Beach of the central city of Da Nang on February 21.

Additionally, the second event has seen the participation and witnesses of over 300 sailors from many nations in the world who joined in the World Yacht Race “Clipper Round”.

Competitors raced barefoot along 10km, 5km and 2km stretches.

Besides, there were some other activities to attract many people such as cleaning up the beach of volunteers Green Viet, musical performance and launching folk games...

The first Da Nang Barefoot Run on the beach welcomed the participation of over 8,000 people. This is an opportunity for local residents to show their hospitality and friendship to international visitors.
