The 5th TOYOTA Concert Tour Vietnam will be held in four big cities of the country from July 7-16.
The concert will take place at Hanoi Opera House on July 7-8, Hai Phong Theater on July 10, Culture & Information Center of Thua Thien –Hue Province in Hue City on July 13 and Ho Chi Minh City Opera House on July 16.
The concert is organized by Toyota Vietnam Foundation with the support of Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra (VNSO).
The show will present to music lovers immortal music works by great composers like Goerges Bizet, Johann Strauss, Leroy Anderson and Camille Saint-Saens under the baton of Japanese conductor, Honna Tesuji.
Young talented violinist Do Phuong Nhi, 13, will be guest of honor at the concert.
Nhi was born in a family with musical traditions. Her parents are violinists and her uncle is famous songwriter Le Minh Son. She will perform the "Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso, Op.28" of composer Camille Saint-Saens.
Ticket prices range from VND50, 000 – 450,000 (available at the theaters) with all proceeds going to the Toyota scholarship for Vietnamese young music talents.
