This year’s event will see the participation of popular Vietnamese and Japanese musicians, such as Soprano Pham Khanh Ngoc, violinist Do Phuong Nhi, tenor Fueda Hiroaki, rapper Suboi, musician Luu Quang Minh and artists of the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra (VNSO).
Under the baton of the Japanese talented conductor Honna Tetsuji, audiences will have chance to enjoy classical melodies with famous works of world's outstanding composers of W.A. Mozart, Gioacchino Rossini, Gioacchino Puccini,Giuseppe Verdi, Pietro Mascagni.
The music show which is co-organized by the Toyota Motor Vietnam and the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra (VNSO) will take place at Hanoi Opera House on August 9, Hai Phong Opera House on August 10 and HCMC Opera House on August 13.
Started in 1998, Toyota Concert has become one of the most warmly welcomed and highly appreciated music events, contributing to popularize this academic music to more and more music lovers in Vietnam. All proceeds from ticket sales has been donated to the Toyota Vietnam Foundation to fund scholarships for talented young musicians in schools across the country.
