The CKC Border Station located on Phu Quy Island in the central coastal province of Binh Thuan.

The island covers an area of 16 square kilometers with 26,000 local residents.

The Station coordinates with units from Khanh Hoa Province to Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province for sea rescue operations of fishermen. Soldiers patrol the sea and maintain connection with fishing boats.

The soldiers also join hands with local authorities to promulgate domestic and international sea laws and call on people to protect natural resources and environment in Vietnam's seas.
