Photo exhibition marks death of General Vo Nguyen Giap

A photographic exhibition to mark the 100th day after death of General Vo Nguyen Giap will be organized at the Exhibition Center in Hanoi from January 1-7.

The exhibition will showcase 103 color and black and white photos which were selected from thousands of photos across the country.

The photos will highlight the daily life of General Vo Nguyen Giap as well as focus on important historical events.

Moreover, the exhibition will also introduce to viewers beautiful photos of Vietnam News Agency, museums and leading photographers such as Vo An Ninh, Tran Khuong, Nguyen Ba Khoan and Dinh Quang Thanh.

The exhibition also showcases many other works of art, such as bronze portrait statue of late General Vo Nguyen Giap, and ceramic jars with General Vo Nguyen Giap’s autograph.

The exhibition is being organized by Vietnam Cultural Development Company and a number of other social organizations.
