Petrol prices increase in latest adjustment

The retail petrol prices rose in the latest adjustment on June 1 by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance.

The price of E5 RON 92 petrol went up VND390 per litre to VND20,878 (US$0.89). Meanwhile, that of RON 95 rose by VND516 to VND22,015 per litre.

Meanwhile, the price of diesel oil decreased by VND11 to VND17,943 per litre, while kerosene prices fell by VND198 to VND17,771 per litre.

At this price adjustment, the two ministries decided to extract VND300 per litre from all the fuels for the petrol price stabilisation fund.
