The Operation Smile Vietnam (OSV) program which covers the surgery fee of kids with cleft lip and palate in the Central Highlands region is launching from August 27 to 31.

This time, eighteen-three children with cleft lip and palate are expected to enjoy free medical check-up and surgeries in the general hospital in Dak Lak in the program.
Doctors of Medicine and Pharmacy University Hospital in Ho Chi Minh, the National Hospital of Odonto – Stomatology, and 108 Military Central Hospital will perform the surgeries.
