Accordingly, the HCMC- Bali air route will operate seven weekly flights every Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday on each route. However, Vietnam Airlines will begin exploitation with five weekly flights at the start from October 27, 2019 to March, 2020.
This is the second air route of the carrier connecting Vietnam and Indonesia after the Ho Chi Minh City - Jakarta flight route.
The carrier will exploit the Ho Chi Minh City - Phuket air route with three weekly flights every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
It is expected that this route will also be increased to seven flights a week from the end of March, 2020. This is the third air route of Vietnam Airlines linking between Vietnam and Thailand.
Vietnam Airlines will re-operate the air route connecting Da Nang and Bangkok from October 27.
The new air routes of Vietnam Airlines are operated with Airbus A321 aircraft. On the occasion of opening the new air routes, the national flag carrier launched a promotion program of up to 50 percent discount for round-trip ticket.
From September 20 to November 10, passengers can buy the round-trip tickets for the Ho Chi Minh City - Phuket air route at the price of from US$ 19 (equivalent to VND 455,000) and the Ho Chi Minh City - Bali air route with only from US$ 69 (equivalent to VND 1,650).
From September 20 to November 30, Vietnam Airlines will offer the round- trip ticket sales for Da Nang - Bangkok route at the price of from US$ 15 (around VND 360,00), excluding taxes and fees.
