More than 70 contestants from countries and territories traveled to Vietnam to take part in competitions and activities that are scheduled to take place in Hanoi, Ha Long, Da Nang, Hoi An, Hue, and HCMC from October 3. It is an opportunity to promote Vietnamese tourism, culture, and people of heritage cities to visitors.
Le Hoang Phuong from the central province of Khanh Hoa, represents Vietnam after winning Miss Grand Vietnam 2023. Phuong was named the winner of the Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 pageant at the grand finale held in HCMC on August 27.
Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien was crowned Miss Grand International 2021, being the first Vietnamese contestant to reign as titleholder.
Miss Grand International is an international beauty pageant that promotes the knowledge and understanding of mankind to campaign to stop war and violence.
The beauty pageant aims to search for beautiful women who are ready to work with perfection in all 3 B’s elements: Body, Beauty, and Brain. They should be complete with a Skill Set and all-around abilities and be able to show the potential of being a modern woman who must be beautiful, skillful, and smart so that they can be an icon for women around the world.
