Delegates from the Ministry of Health led by Depute Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam visited and offered incense at Hai Thuong Lan Ong- Le Huu Trac Memorial at Yen My District in Hung Yen Province on February 26.
This visit marks the 59th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctor’s Day on February 27. Hai Thuong Lan Ong is one of the fathers of Vietnamese traditional medicine and is also known as Le Huu Trac.
Dam and other leaders laid wreaths and burned incense expressing deep gratitude for Hai Thuong Lan Ong.
Hai Thuong Lan Ong is a outstanding doctor with many great contributions for Vietnamese medicine, said Dam.
