A four-seater white Lexus car suddenly burst into flames while travelling on Phan Dang Luu Street in Binh Thanh District this morning, March 21.
At 9.30am, while the car was heading towards Hang Xanh Roundabout in front of the People’s Committee office in Ward 3 of Binh Thanh District, the driver saw smoke coming out of the bonnet of the car and immediately stopped by the roadside, running out to stamp the fire.
He was soon assisted by nearby offices who used fire extinguishers to put out the flames.
