Over 100 typical Vietnamese products including food, seafood and other farm produce, and garment items will be displayed and sold at South Korean Lotter Mart stores in Vietnam.
It is part of a communication exhibition themed ‘Typical Vietnamese products’ which was opened in HCMC on July 25 by Cong Thuong (Industry and Trade) Newspaper, Lotte Mart Vietnam Company and Small and Medium Enterprises Support Center.
Vietnamese businesses attending the exhibition will have a chance to trade with 30 South Korean importers who are supplying goods for Lotte Mart chain in the country.
The exhibition will last until August 3.
Director General of Lotte Mart Vietnam Hong Won Sik said that the program aimed to encourage consumption of Vietnamese goods, estimate the demand of Korean consumers and look for suitable products to export to their country.
