Jetstar Asia Off to a Flying Start

The Singaporean low-cost air carrier, Jetstar Asia, on Sunday started its first service with return flights between Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City.

Ms Chong Phit Lian, Jetstar's Chief Executive Officer, said its daily flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Singapore will take off at 9.05 am, except for Tuesday (8.55 pm).

 

The one-way fare price is US$39, not including petrol, security and insurance fees. 

 

Passengers will travel on an Airbus 320 aircraft with 180 seats, and will be allowed to carry up to 20 kg of luggage while other budget airlines allow only 15kg.
