A guitar recital performed by Tribault Cauvin will be held at the Institute of Cultural Exchange of France (Idecaf) in Ho Chi Minh City on June 5.
Thibault Cauvin, 27, who is known as ‘the Ambassador of new classical guitar’ has won 13 international prizes since the age of 20.
The French guitarist has performed in many prestigious festivals and concerts in New York, Hong Kong, San Paolo, Istanbul, London, Melbourne, Singapore and Tel-Aviv.
He has also participated in many TV and radio programmes and collaborated with famous musicians, composers and symphony orchestras. He is regularly invited by the most prestigious conservatories, universities and festivals throughout the world to give master-classes, lectures or to judge competitions.
Tickets are priced at VND100,000. Students will be offered a discount of 50 per cent.
