HCMC Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Nen led a delegation of leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and representatives of armed forces, departments and agencies to offer incense and flowers at HCMC Martyrs Cemetery in Thu Duc City on the occasion of the 46th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and National Reunification Day (April 30) and the 135th May Day on April 29.

A delegation of Ho Chi Minh City’s officials led by Secretary of the City’s Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan on July 25 visited Vietnamese heroic mother, war veterans, wounded soldiers and families of martyrs in district 1 on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27).
