A painting exhibition featuring works by Vietnamese and Philippine fine art students will be held at the Ho Chi Minh Fine Arts Museum on August 12.

The exhibition will mark 35 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Philippines.
The exhibition entitled “Peace, Friendship and Development” will display 185 art works in various mediums like oil, lacquer, silk and watercolor.
Philippine students will paint a large painting measuring 3m x 5m as an exchange gift with Vietnamese students.
The exhibition is being organized by the Philippine Business Group in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts and Ho Chi Minh Fine Arts Museum.
