The second Universe Dancing Contest for Artists in Ho Chi Minh City will be held on April 17 with participation of ten contestants.
According to the management board, the competition had so many contestants vying for entry that it became very difficult to choose from the contestants. The board members finally decided on 10 of the contestants who they thought danced the best.
10 foreign dancers who will partner with the contestants are all Bulgarians. They have all won prizes for dancing in Europe and other parts of the World. They will arrive in Vietnam on March 20 to begin practice with the Vietnamese contestants for the event competition.
This year the highlight of the event is a performance by the former winners of the contest which was held in Indonesia, Finland and China. They will be performing at the opening ceremony.
The Universe Dancing Contest for Artists in HCM City was held for the first time last year, with participation of 8 contestants and actress Ngo Thanh Van was the winner.
