A contemporary art performance themed Sparkling Saigon will be held at Queen Hall, 5 Nguyen Tat Thanh Street in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 4 on December 17.
The event will show Vietnamese folk music performance, such as Truyen thuyet Au Co (The Legend of Au Co), Em di xem hoi trang ram (enjoying full-moon night festival) Ai ra xu Hue (visiting Hue), Ho the muc-a folk song of the coastal area and more.
There will be a dancing performance featuring the Broadway musical style, and an opera, Romeo and Julliet, performed by artists of the Ho Chi Minh City Ballet Symphony Orchestra and Opera.
The concert will be performed on December 24-25, and then every week starting 2015.
