Ho Chi Minh City is experiencing a population boost since February 3 after citizens returned back to the city to work after Tet holidays.
Highway 13, Highway 22, and Highway 1A linking the city with Dong Nai Province, Binh Duong Province, and the Mekong Delta experienced heavy traffic.
These citizens include laborers and business employees.
