
So far, only 33 out of 68 businesses in the program have registered to use the logo on their products. The remaining ones have stuck it on their banners, price boards, packing, trucks, websites and leaflets.
The market stability program has been set up by the city's People committee, aiming to control inflation and help low income households improve living conditions.
Enterprises taking part in the program have been reached low interest rate loans and helped consume their products in city's supermarkets or traditional markets. So they have to pledge not to sell products at too high prices.
The logo is also considered as a quality certificate for products of enterprises taking part in the program.
At the conference, Ms. Dao and Sai Gon Giai Phong deputy editor in chief Ly Viet Trung signed a contract to continue publicizing the program on the newspaper.
The market stability program this year includes four groups of commodities food, school supplies, milk products and essential medicines.
