Youth Union to build 240 apartments for members, workers

The Ho Chi Minh City Youth Workers Support Center and the Hoang Quan Realty Company on December 10 signed an agreement to build 240 apartments for youth union members and workers in the City.

Of the 240 apartments that will be built for youth union members and workers, 200 apartments under the HQC Laza project will be built in Binh Chanh District and 40 apartments under the Cheery project will be built in Hoc Mon District.

Youth union members and workers who have registered to purchase an apartment from the two projects will benefit from social housing policies as well as a low interest rate of 6 percent per year.

In addition, the Hoang Quan Company will reduce VND300,000 per square meter for those who make advance payment from December 10, 2013 to January 10, 2014.
