The National Traffic Safety Committee yesterday launched a writing competition titled “Newspapers report on traffic safety 2015”.
As per the requirements, entries must report real events and matters focusing on management and business of transportation and loading capacity of trucks following the theme of the 2015 National Traffic Safety Year.
The competiion is aimed to raise people's awareness and tighten the control of transportation businesses and vehicle loading capacities basing on the conception that “Human life is above all”.
Entries must honor teams or individuals who have good deed and effective ways in spreading information of traffic safety in roads, railway, waterway and aviation.
The organizer announced there will be a special prize worth VND20 million (US$ 917.4), two first prizes each worth VND10 million (US$ 458.7), 5 second prizes, 10 third prizes and 15 encouragement prizes.
Besides, the organizer will give 3 prizes to teams who have the most entries for the competition.
