With the support from its Japanese partner, VJTC will focus on training and developing the high-quality human resources, especially on robot and automation industry, in order to meet the demands of high-tech businesses in the Industry 4.0.
Accordingly, VJTC will run state-of-the-art and high-quality training courses to lessen the gap between theoretical knowledge in university and real diversified demands of businesses, particularly those operating in the Saigon Hi-tech Park (SHTP), in Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring areas.
Simultaneously, VJTC promotes the technological transfer from Japanese businesses to Vietnamese counterparts by increasing connection and technological trading between partners of the two countries.
VJTC also supports Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) companies from both nations in their recruitment process as well as quality and performance increase via the skill evaluation of employees compliant with Japanese standards.
The birth of VJTC signals a milestone in the cooperation between SHTP and Japanese partners to train human resources in accordance with international standards.
It has also strengthened the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relationship establishment.
In the event, the SHTP Training Center introduced two automatic robot laboratories, equipped by Mitsubishi Electric Vietnam and Tan Phat Automation Technology Joint Stock Company.
With these two new labs and another similar one opened in May 2017, also supported by the Japanese government, the SHTP Training Center is able to offer high-quality training on automatic robot.
