VN & Cambodia tighten friendship and solidarity relationship

PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc strongly affirmed good development of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Cambodia. 


Therefore, the leader desired that the countries’ citizens and young generation would continue preserving  as well as developing the good relationship.  
The Vietnamese Government and people pleasured outstanding multifaceted achievements of the brother country in the previous years. 
PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc congratulated Cambodia's recent election results and believed in successes of the forthcoming Cambodian parliamentary election. 
Within the current complicated international situation, the nations need to not only strengthen further friendship, solidarity and comprehensive cooperation but also support each other for common benefits at regional and international forums, the PM said.
Additionally, both sides needed to encourage economy, trade and investment cooperation to early raise trade turnover by US$ 5 billion, and finish border line demarcation.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties establishment, PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc hoped that Vietnam and Cambodia will  further contribute ASEAN development. 

Chairwoman of the National Assembly of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan expressed her pleasure at discussion result between First Vice President of the Cambodian Senate Nay Pena and Deputy Standing Chairwoman of National Assembly of Vietnam Tong Thi Phong.
Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan stressed that the Vietnam National Assembly always respects as well as gives priority for boosting traditional friendship and comprehensive cooperation between the two nations. 
The Vietnam National Assembly will continue collaborating with National Assembly and Parliament of Cambodia in the upcoming time.
