Mr. Vo Minh Hoai, Chairman of Truong Thinh Group said the group is planning to buy 3.64 million shares of Kim Lien Hotel, equal to 52.43 percent of the company's charter capital.
The company's move aimed to expand its business operation in tourism, hotel sector. The 55 year historic Kim Lien hotel owned by Kim Lien Tourism Joint Stock Comapny under Vietnam national administration of Tourism has 9 buildings with 437 rooms and five restaurants, covering an area of 3.5 ha in the center area of Ha Noi.
