

In order for national businesses to renovate and grow, it is necessary to focus investments on the three key factors of digital transformation – capital source – human resources. However, the efforts of enterprises themselves are not enough to boost these factors but a helping hand from the central to the local authorities is also needed.

The resolution on urban administration model in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) was passed in the 10th session of the 14th National Assembly, held in November 2020. A month after, the resolution to form Thu Duc City from the three districts of 2, 9, and Thu Duc was introduced. They have made way for the reform of administration work in HCMC, hopefully addressing existing urban management problems here.
