Soldiers, residents in Phu Quy island receive free medical examination
Members of households that are in receipt of social welfare and soldiers in Phu Quy island in the central province of Binh Thuan received free medical examination when Medicine University Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City organized a charity check-up to take care soldiers and social welfare beneficiaries’ health.
The university hospital also gifted some office supplies and sport equipment to soldiers as well as build a house for a needy soldier to encourage them to do their duties well.
“Though gifts are of small value, they are our heart to soldiers and residents in the island”, said party deputy secretary of the hospital Dr. Dang Anh Long.
