Those who are granted with title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother, wounded soldiers, senior veterans, husband/ wife of martyrs and poor patients are advised to go to the Eye Hospital at 280 Dien Bien Phu Street in District 3 for the examination and operations.
The infirmary will pay for surgeries on Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, husband/wife of martyrs and poor patients.
Wounded soldiers and senior veterans will receive free-of-charge operation fee excluding testing fee, man-made crystalline lens, bed fee and medicine.
Operations are scheduled to be performed in July 23 and 25.
