Construction of a cultural complex at Ho Village in Le Thuy District of Quang Binh Province began on July 2 under the Saigon Giai Phong charity program ‘Nghia Tinh Truong Son’ (Sentimental attachment for Truong Son Road).

The complex will include 33 wooden houses, 37 restrooms, a fresh water plant, an infirmary and a culture centre.
In addition, the project will help residents buy plant seeds and receive guidance on cultivation methods.
The funding of the first phase of the project costing VND3 billion is being donated by the Vietnam-based Saigon Beverage Corporation.
The project is expected to complete within one year.
