Societe De Bourbon Tay Ninh (SBT) and Song Da No.6 JSC (SD6) announced dividends payment as follows:
SBT will close the list of shareholders on December 24 to advance dividends for the second term of 2013 in cash at a ratio of 5 percent on December 31. This year, the company plans to pay dividends at 20 percent in cash. In the first nine months, SBT profited VND131.4 billion, down 49 percent year-on-year.
SD6 approved to close the list of shareholders in December and advance dividends for 2013 in cash at a ratio of 15 percent in the first quarter of 2014. In the first nine months, SD6 saw net revenue of VND821.4 billion, and post-tax profit of VND33.5 billion, up 53.7 percent and 85.9 percent year-on-year, respectively.
