Pressmen, writers and freelancers countrywide are entitled to take part in the completion.
Submissions may be up to 1,700 words describing these people doing good deed plus illustrated photos and must be previously unpublished. Authors should attach their information including work address, residency address and ID number to submissions.
The organizer will take back prize and royalties if copyright-related wrongdoings are detected.
First winner will receive VND 40 million ($1,724) and camera Canon worth VND30 million; second-prize winners each will grab VND20 million and camera Canon worth VND20 million; three third prize winners each will receive VND15 million and camera Canon priced VND15 million.
Additionally, 10 encouragement prize each will be VND5 million and one printing machine Canon.
