Thanks to this, they will be more active in supplying necessary paper and speed up the process.
Zalo is meant to help people, especially those living in remote areas, to save their travelling time and money.
In the near future, Quang Ninh Province is going to develop a smart city model focusing on its residents with the aid of Zalo and its various utilities.
Quang Binh Province hopes to continue developing their tourism advantage via administrative reform, making use of technologies such as Zalo. Certain functions like evaluating residents’ satisfaction or delivering public announcements through the portal ‘Administrative Work of Quang Binh Province’ will also be well maintained.
Up to now, 32 provinces and cities nationwide have chosen Zalo as a digital portal for their administrative services with the aim to simplify administrative processes.
