Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc yesterday visited & presented gifts to families of people who served the nation in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho on occasion of the 69th Day for Invalids and War Martyrs (July 27).
The Prime Minister visited & handed over gifts to veteran Nguyen The Minh at Xuan Khanh commune of Ninh Kieu district and Vietnamese heroic mother Pham Thi An at Tran Phu Street of Cai Khe, Ninh Kieu district. Heroic mother An’s husband & son sacrified in the wartime for national liberation.
The Prime Minister asked mother An’s health adding that mother An and Mr.Minh and others should maintain & foster the revolutionary tradition, contributing developing local & the country.
He suggested the local authorities pay attention to people who served & sacrified for the nation.
