The International Finance Corporation, member of the World Bank Group, is funding Nam Long Company with US$7.5 million for the EHome Apartment Project in Ho Chi Minh City.
The project is a construction of 8,000 affordable apartments and will aid in housing demands when completed in 2017. There are about 70,000 people currently looking for housing in the city.
The company was the first one of its kind to build housing for middle-class citizens. Its famous EHome brand started 10 years ago. It has sold over 3,000 apartments and is the leading housing company for the middle-class market.
