At a yesterday seminar to counsel policies for preschool in industrial parks organized by the Ministry of Education and Training and Pedagogy University in Ho Chi Minh City, Head of the ministry's Department of Pre-school Education Nguyen Ba Minh said that according to statistic in 2018 more migrant workers reside in industrial parks triggering pressures of social securities including education especially preschools.
The draft built by the Ministry and relevant agencies will take public opinions of studying support, lunch fee, and preferential treatment for enterprises pouring out investment in preschool activities,
Additionally, the draft introduces supporting solutions for teachers in private preschools like support half of their social, accident and unemployment insurance or allowance equal to 50 percent of basic monthly salary.
