The Ministry of Planning and Investment has licensed Underground Space Investment and Development Joint Stock Company to build an underground parking lot at Le Van Tam Park in Ho Chi Minh’s District 1.
It will have an area of 103,225 square meters on five floors, with 72,321 sq.m earmarked for parking cars. The three remaining floors will be used as a commercial complex.
The build-operate-transfer project is expected to cost VND1.75 trillion (US$97.7 million) and take 30 months to complete.
