At an invitation of Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang, State President of Israel Reuven Ruvi Rivlin and his wife yesterday arrived in Hanoi capital to start their state- level visit to Vietnam from March 19- 25.
The visit aims to further tighten cooperation relations, and boost bilateral cooperation and multi- faceted exchange on regional and international issues between the two nations.
