Speaking at the celebration, Chairman of Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam–Japan Friendship Association Nguyen Cong Tanh highlighted the current good relationship development between the two nations after 45 years of the diplomatic relation establishment.
On the occasion, the Vietnam- Japan Festival was held in Ho Chi Minh City in order to deepen friendship as well as promote mutual understanding between the two countries’ people.
