The MAUR was assigned to study the legal regulations to continuously implement the project following the actual situation, ensure effectiveness.
Besides, the Municipal Department of Transport is responsible for direction and collaboration with relevant departments and agencies to support MAUR to do procedures for the project progress adjustment.
According to the HCMC Department of Transport, the project progress adjustment, official acceptance of the work, contracting and contractor selection are very important.
Therefore, the Municipal Department of Planning and Investment made a petition to the HCMC People’s Committee for assigning MAUR to strictly study the legal regulations to continue the project implementation following the actual situation, avoiding complaints.
