Hanoi- Moscow Cultural, Trading and Hotel Center, part of the Hanoi-Moscow Complex (Incentra) was opened in Russia’s Moscow capital on December 19 (local time).
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to Russia Nguyen Thanh Son affirmed “Incentra is really proud of Vietnamese people in general and overseas Vietnamese in Russia in particular”.
“It is to mark the efforts of overseas Vietnamese in Russia and evidence of valuable and effective assistance of Russian Government and people to Vietnam”, added Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son.
