The rainfall can reach at 65mm (Huong Khe, Ha Tinh province); 100mm (Tuyen Hoa, Quang Binh province)
Tonight, the center warned the provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri will suffer heavy rains and scattered thunderstorms. Whirlwinds would be able to occur in these provinces.
On September 30 and October 1, heavy rains will hit the provinces from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai. The rainfall can reach to 70mm per 24 hours.
Floods are forecast to appear on the rivers from Thanh Hoa to Quang Binh, Thua Thien Hue to Quang Ngai while landslides and flash floods may hit the low-lying areas in above-mentioned provinces.
