The project has total investment capital of VND 497 billion, covering an area of 63,134 sq.meters. It includes 2 to 3 floor housing complex areas and 9 to 15 floor social apartment areas.
As plan, HDC announced it would reach revenue up to VND 530billion in 2017; pre-tax profit will be VND 100 billion, an increase of 10.7 percent and 27.7 percent compared to last year.
