Budget carrier Jetstar Pacific yesterday opened the first-ever weekly direct flight between the central region Vietnam and Taipei ( Taiwan) to meet travelling demand between the two countries and promote tourism.
The flight is operated with a Airbus A320 aircraft with flight duration of around two hours and 35 minutes. The carrier will operate the service three times a week on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday.
The flight from Da Nang International airport took off at 11AM and the flight from Taoyuan in Taipei took off at 3.40 PM.
