Competition to create games held among junior students

A competition has been held for junior students in the country to develop students’ creativity, announced the Pioneer Teenager newspaper's representatives at a press briefing on Monday.

The competition to create games involved in groups of students is held by the Thieu Nien Tien Phong (the Pioneer Teenager newspaper), the Department of Students’ Affairs under the Ministry of Education and Training and the Swiss’s Sugus sweets.

Participants will draw their own ideas of the games on paper. These most interesting games of the final round will be played in 74 schools in the country to find out the best ones.

Vu Quang Vinh, Editor –in –chief of the Thieu Nien Tien Phong newspaper, said students can create new games or change available games to suit teenagers of the same ages and psychology at present. These games with building team or group work and collective spirit will be highly praised.

The total prizes for individuals and collectives will be up to VND400 million. However, the most valuable prize, according to the organizers, is that more interesting games will be enjoyed by students in break times or after strained studying hours.
